What to Expect
This Yoga Sound Bath Experience is designed to be a nourishing pause in your busy life—a chance to move, breathe, and deeply relax. Here’s what you need to know before you arrive:
What to Bring: A yoga mat and any props you love (bolster, blanket, block), plus a water bottle to stay hydrated.
What to Wear: This is NOT hot yoga, but the room is comfortably heated. Dress in layers so you can adjust as needed, and bring a cozy blanket for the relaxation portion.
Timing & Flow:
Arrive early to settle in and relax into the space.
The yoga practice will be 45 minutes of gentle movement and breathwork.
The sound bath will be 45 minutes of immersive, vibrational healing.
We’ve allotted 2 hours to allow time for community and connection before and after.
Parking: There is plenty of parking on-site for your convenience.
This experience is for you if you’re a busy woman in midlife juggling all the things, craving a moment to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
We don’t have a set schedule yet, but we hope to offer these sessions about 8 times per year—so don’t miss this opportunity to join us!
